What is the Golden Keep Card?

The Golden Keep Card will give you access to inter-hospital transportation in the event of a serious illness or injury to you and/or an immediate family member when you're away from home. If you should end up in a hospital more than 150 miles away from the town or city that you live in, the Golden Keep Foundation will send a private air-medical jet to pick you up. We will transport you, free of charge, to the medical facility nearest your home that is suitably equipped to care for you.

Who should have this type of protection?

Anyone who travels more than 150 miles (approx. 2.5 - 3 hours by car) away from their home town or city for any of the following reasons:

Give me some examples of how the Golden Keep Card could help me.

Although there are many circumstances where your Golden Keep Card could help you, the following may be the two most common:

  • You or an immediate family member is over 150 miles away from home, vacationing, on a business trip or possibly just visiting friends or relatives. Suddenly, one of you becomes very seriously ill or injured (1) and ends up in the local hospital facility. You are going to need hospital care for an extended period of time, maybe days, maybe weeks, possibly even months - wouldn't you rather be in a hospital close to home? This would certainly be your option with your Golden Keep Card.

  • You and/or your immediate family live more than 150 miles away from a major metropolitan area as well as major hospital facilities that are fully equipped to handle most serious medical conditions. Suddenly, one of you becomes seriously ill or injured (1) and are taken to the local hospital, they are able to stabilize you but do not have the specialized medical staff or equipment necessary to deal with your condition in the best manner, if at all. Wouldn't you rather have the option of being transported to the best hospital facility possible? You would have this option with your Golden Keep Card. It could literally be the difference between life and death.

How far will the Golden Keep Foundation fly for my family or me?

We will fly anywhere in North America, Alaska, the Caribbean Islands, Mexico and Canada.

Who is the Golden Keep Foundation?

We are a company that provides private air-medical jet transportation to our program participants in times of serious illness or injury. We do this in cooperation with AMSA ö Air-Medical Systems of America, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to improving air-medical coverage in rural communities. What are the advantages of having a Golden Keep Card?

  • It will give you options that you wouldn't otherwise have; specifically, commercial airlines will not do inter-hospital transfers due to liability issues.

  • It will allow you and your loved ones to be together during an extremely difficult time should a medical crisis occur.

  • It will allow you access to better medical care should you live or be injured in an area with limited hospital facilities and/or staff - including specialists.

  • It could save you literally thousands of dollars, even your life!

Additional benefits youāll receive with your Golden Keep Card:

* Automatic participation in our Co-Op Profit Sharing Program.

  • Our profit-sharing program will provide you with a monthly check from the Golden Keep Foundation, the amount will be between $.50 and $25 depending on the length of your participation in, and the expansion of, our program.

  • Our co-op program will provide you with your choice of one quality product each month - see product selections on sign-up form. This product will be sent to you at no additional charge.

How can I get a Golden Keep Card for me and/or my immediate family?

By simply making a minimum payment of $10.50 per month. This will provide you and your entire immediate family (1) with access to private air-medical jet transportation, free of charge, should you ever need it. Fill out the attached Sign Up Form or call us at 1-800-821-5337!
